  • When you make a purchase with your app or through online ordering using your
    loyalty credentials you will gain points automatically.
  • Ordering in store or by the phone, simply scan your app or give the cashier your phone number and earn points.
  • The app and your receipt will keep you updated on how many points you have earned.
  • Aji Status – 750 Points – $5 (You earn 10 points per $1)
  • Huacatay Status – 2,000 Points – $7.50 (You earn 11 points per $1)
  • Rocoto Status – 3,500 Points – $10 (You earn 12 points per $1)

Your Transaction History is located in the app.

  • Open your Viva Villa App and select the top left navigation button.
  • Tap Order History You’ll see a list showing the date and full order total of all transactions made with the app.
  • You will find all of your orders listed. You will see how many points you earned per transaction on the paper receipt that is given to you during your visit.

Yes! Our points can be earned at either Viva Villa!

You are able to receive points by adding your phone number at
time of purchase in either Viva Villa location.

You will not lose any points as long as the account is active. If your account is inactive for 6 months, your points will expire. We will send an email before this happens. Most promotions will expire between 7 and 14 days after being added to your account – expiration dates will be outlined in all emails.

  • You can earn points for any online purchase made though your Viva Villa App or through online ordering using the login credentials you use for the App.
  • If you make a purchase through online ordering and “check out as guest” you will not receive points for that purchase.

No, you will not receive points for the purchase of a Viva Villa Gift Card in store.
